The Orleans is a hotel and casino located on West Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is a New Orleans themed establishment that opened on the 28th of December 1996. The hotel and casino is owned by Boyd Gaming and features the Orleans Arena as its signature attraction. The arena opened in 2003 and is a large area used for multi-purposes including an ice rink.
There is a free shuttle service available every thirty minutes that provides transport to and from the sister casino, The Gold Coast and the Las Vegas Strip.
